1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Odyssey Nutrition, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Odyssey Nutrition regarding your use of the platform and its related features.

5. Health Profile Data

Your Health Profile is the core of your Odyssey experience. In relation to this data:

• •We use this data strictly to provide and improve your personalized experience.
• •Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• •You may export or request deletion of your health data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

To keep our community safe and focused on health, you agree not to:

• •Use the service for any illegal purposes or unauthorized commercial activity.
• •Harass, abuse, or harm another person in the community forums.
• •Post misleading, inaccurate, or unsafe nutritional information.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape data from the Odyssey platform.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Odyssey Nutrition expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Odyssey Nutrition and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• •Violation of Community Guidelines.
• •Extended periods of inactivity on a free account tier.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
